Hilltop Dr. & Browning St. – Redding, CA – Our Kohl’s and Trader Joes anchored project is located in the heart of Redding’s retail hub near the Mount Shasta Mall. Redding Hilltop Center is planned for 179,644 square feet of retail space and is currently under construction for a spring 2008 delivery. Now leasing for retailers between 1,500-40,000 square feet.

 


Forest Ave. & Baney Ln. – Chico, CA – The Galleria at Chico is located at Forest Ave & Baney Lane, adjacent to Wal Mart and Target and across the street from a Best Buy anchored power center. This high end retail center sits in the middle of Chico’s retail hub, ˝ block from the Chico Mall and is currently planned for a total of 72,000 square feet. Delivery is currently scheduled for summer of 2008. Now leasing for retailers between 1,500-50,000 square feet.

 

 

I-5 & Deschutes Rd. – Anderson, CA – Our Tractor Supply Company anchored project is located right along I-5, across the interstate from the Anderson Factory Outlets and Wal Mart. There are three pads ideally suited for restaurant users or a convenience store. All three pads have approved drive thrus and signage space on an approved 100 foot sign along I-5. Delivery scheduled for summer of 2008. Will consider build to suit, ground lease or sale opportunities for the pad sites.

 

 

Trancas St. & California Blvd. – Napa, CA – Located in the center of Napa’s retail hub at the SW corner of Trancas St. & California Blvd., this project calls for roughly 30,000 square feet of retail space. Delivery scheduled for late 2008. Now leasing for retailers between 1,000-10,000 square feet.

 

 

Trancas St. & California Way. – Napa, CA – Located on the SW corner of Trancas St. & California Way, this project is slated for approximately 18,000 square feet of retail space. Delivery is scheduled for fall of 2008. Now leasing.

 

 

HWY 49 & Shale Ridge Rd. – Auburn, CA – This Tractor Supply Company anchored project is located on Highway 49 and Shale Ridge Rd. with an available 3,300 sf pad with a drive thru. Delivery is scheduled for fall of 2008. Now leasing.

 

 

HWY 49 & Education Dr. – Auburn, CA – Located adjacent to Target on Highway 49 just off of Bell Road, the Creekside Town Center project is currently proceeding through the environmental and use permit approval processes. This project will entail approximately 80,000 square feet of retail space for users between 1,500 -25,000 square feet. We are currently accepting requests for proposals for a 2009 delivery.

 

 

Broadway & Vigo – Eureka, CA – This Tractor Supply Company anchored project is located at Broadway & Vigo with an 1,800 sf pad. Delivery is scheduled for early 2009. Project is fully leased.

 

 

HWY 101 & Cooper Ave. – Crescent City, CA – Located at Highway 101 & Cooper Avenue across from the future Home Depot site, this project is comprised of approximately 3.3 acres of land. Currently looking for build to suit opportunities for major credit retailers but will consider a sale.

 

 

Whitman Ave near East 20th Ave – Chico, CA – Located adjacent to the PPG constructed Tractor Supply and a block away from Costco on Whitman Ave (Martin Luther King Blvd.), this project is tentatively planned for 18,000 square feet of retail space on approximately 1.5 acres of land. Currently looking for build to suit opportunities for major credit retailers but will consider a sale.

 

 

Mangrove Ave. near East 1st Ave – Chico, CA – Located midblock on Mangove Ave, one of Chico’s busiest thoroughfares, this project is slated for 3,200 sf with an approved drive thru. Currently looking for tenants to fill a 1,200-1,400 sf space next to a popular coffee retailer.
